Pastor Greg Kummer
Pastor Greg Kummer was born in Portage, Wisconsin in 1968. His family moved to Green Bay in 1977 where he lived until he attended Bible college in 1988. He graduated from Beth Haven Academy which is the Christian school ministry of Beth Haven Baptist Church. He received Christ as his Savior in his first year at the Christian school in January 1981. In his second year of Bible college he met Martha Gonzalez and before long he knew that this woman was a gift that God gave him for his life and they were married on June 1, of 1991. Martha Kummer was born in Mexico but grew up in Chicago. She was reached through the bus ministry and made a decision for Christ when she was seven years old but made sure of her salvation when she was 15.
The Kummers lived in Portage, Wisconsin four years where Pastor Kummer served as Associate Pastor at Poynette Bible Church and Pastor of the Douglas Bible Church. In 1995 the Kummers moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin where Pastor Kummer accepted the position of Associate Pastor of Beth Haven Baptist Church where he served for 16 years before being voted in as the Senior Pastor by the congregation of Beth Haven Baptist Church in 2011. Pastor Greg and Martha have four grown children: Aimee, JR, Valerie and Carlos.
